Twenty Investments is a privately-held Italian investment company focused on pre-seed and seed-stage ventures. Since 2020 we have deployed proprietary capital across selected companies, combining minority equity participation with hands-on operational support. Our work rests on a single conviction: in early-stage investing, capital alone is rarely the binding constraint. Operational depth, framework discipline, and alignment with the founder are. 

How We Work

A small number of ventures per year. Our involvement combines capital with structured operational support across business model design, go-to-market execution, and fundraising preparation. We do not seek control. We do not replace founders. We work alongside them, on the same time horizon and under the same risk profile. 

Institutional Dialogue

We progressively open structured conversations with institutional investors, family offices, and strategic operators interested in the Italian early-stage segment. These conversations are exploratory and informational in nature. We share with selected interlocutors the operational frameworks we have refined over five years, the methodology behind our pipeline assessment, and the rationale of our sector focus. We listen as much as we speak: institutional perspective is part of how we are designing the next phase of our work.

WHO WE TALK TO

We have a strong preference for long-term capital, sector competence, and constructive governance. Financial alignment matters, but it is not sufficient on its own. We look for counterparties who understand that early-stage outcomes compound over years, not quarters.
